At Urbano Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Urbano Fashion account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a return ID.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
